You guys won the ACC last season, you can deal with it!

Been a Miami fan since my freshman year in 2012. By far our biggest win tonight im hoops tonight in that era of mostly dreadful basketball.

Eeked by Miami, handed a COVID freebie against UVA, and then played their best game of the year against FSU who played very average. They started the season losing to Georgia State and Mercer back to back. So while they won the ACC it was certainly no magical season. It started with giant stinky turds and it ended with a giant stinky turd.

Makes sense. Hope to see you next season!

Very light and home-heavy schedule coming up for Miami. Very possible we're 5-1 or even 6-0 going into our home game against UC in early December.

and don't forget the OHIO 12-point win over a Belmont team that went 26-4 last year!

to be fair washington was pretty terrible. they look the part but can't shoot and almost totally transfers and new guys that were out of sync. hankerson started slowly and then gradually kinda took the game over. NIU defended hard and battled in the paint and made UW beat them at the line. it worked.

CMU looked good in that loss to Missouri too. it was close game that Missouri opened up in the final minutes.

Toledo doesn't look sharp but they make free throws and hit clutch shots late to escape with a road win over a Valley team in Valpo.

Ohio with maybe the best win. Pulling away on a very good belmont team and looking good while doing so. 04-rock 04-bow 04-cheers

Bulls were within five at #6 Michigan with about five minutes left... Pretty decent showing after a bit of a slow start. Need to shoot the ball a lot better, but other than that should still be a solid season

Bulls came out playing rushed and out of sync but looked like the better team most of the second half. If maceo jack doesn't keep jacking up off line 3s they may win that game. wish whitesell would have called TO before the last media break. UB had 2 possessions when it was a 5 point game late but looked gassed and took poor shots. call TO let your stars catch their breath and draw up a good play to get it to a 1 possession game and get the favorite nervous. jeenathan williams was spectacular, best player on the floor, looked like a 1st rounder. UB needs to shake it off and get ready for a good N Texas team on the road.

EMU beats Illinois State 103-98 in a wild 2OT game. Fun home debut for Stan Heath.

RE: Mens Basketball Games Week 1 (11/8 Thru 11/14)
The EMU game looked like an exciting game. Nice comeback for EMU from a 12 point half time deficit... to being up 7 with 3:30 left.... to not scoring for the next 3 minutes... to pulling away in 2OT.

I caught most of the Kent St. game. Kent played a great first half and lead until midway through the second half. However they only scored 7 points in the last 10 1/12 minutes to lose 73-59.

As for western, I'll start with the good... they had a 6 point lead 7 minutes in, but were outscored but 50 the rest of the way. 90-46 Michigan St.

As expected, BG cruised to a 101-60 win over the Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops.

NIU had 10 steals... but only 3 assists and shot 2-11 from 3 in an 85-49 loss to the Hoosiers.

Added todays lines to the original post. Only one underdog today.

EMU-ILL St game was horrible for the first third, I skipped ahead and started the second half and it was a really good game from there on.

CMU was within 4 to Depaul mid 2nd half and then just folded.

Toledo looks so-so again but wins by 8 again.

Ball St dominates for a half then struggles to barely hold onto a big lead.
