Wasn't your AD quoted as saying this MAC idea is not yet dead?

This basically public divorce with CUSA has been going on too long. Please sh!t or get off the pot so we can get on with our rebuild.

He said that it all should be resolved hopefully this week. Not sure what to make of that. If the reports from yesterday are true about the MAC now not interested in either of us, why didn't he just say that today at the BOT meeting? I'm not sure if it's dead or not.

If the reports are true of the MAC requiring a 20-year GOR, then there's no way Middle Tennessee will take that. That's an outrageous amount of time to request. Wonder what the value of that revenue stream connected to that GOR would look like.

Maybe MT just wants Judy to sweeten the pot for them staying, I don't think all of the bargaining is over. Of course I really have NO iDEA what is going on...

Our AD and admin sucks so bad that we as fans don't have any idea what they will or won't do. They don't communicate with us at all because they don't care about us. So we don't know anything. mASSaro is gonna do whatever benefits himself. If one thing is clear, it's that.

Screw that. There should be no "sweetening the pot" for any school. Marshall fans were good at thinking that way. I don't think you really have a conference if you start catering to individual schools. If any school wants special treatment, let them leave.

I agree, and I really don't believe that's the case here.

Alright Miner… i just got off the phone with the university president and athletic director. I let them know your concerns and demanded they let you know what the decision was immediately.

I agree, there should be no "sweetening of the pot", but when someone thinks they have a little leverage, they are at going to ask. Every conference member should have essentially the same deal, everyone on the same level playing field.
