Multiple sources indicate that NISA Member Detroit City FC will be making the move to USL Championship in 2022:

USL Championship will reportedly be losing Real Monarchs, Tacoma Defiance, and Sporting Kansas City II to the MLS Reserve League; the others are supposed to depart after the 2022 season.. USL League 1 will be losing all of its MLS Reserve teams after the 2021 season.
Queensboro FC pushed back their start to 2023. Austin Bold are likely moving to Fort Worth, but likely won't participate in 2022. Fresno FC will reemerge as Monterey Bay FC. Charlotte will supposedly move from Championship to League One as the MLS Charlotte team begins play.
So, at the moment, this looks like the USL Championship for 2022:
Western Conference - Sacramento Republic, Oakland Roots, Monterey Bay FC, LA Galaxy II, Orange County SC, San Diego Loyal, Las Vegas Lights, Phoenix Rising, Colorado Springs Switchbacks, New Mexico United, El Paso Locomotive, Rio Grande Valley Toros, San Antonio FC, OKC Energy
Eastern Conference - FC Tulsa, Memphis 901, Birmingham Legion, Louisville City, Indy Eleven, Detroit City, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, New York Red Bulls II, Hartford Athletic, Loudon United, Charleston Battery, Atlanta United 2, Tampa Bay Rowdies, Miami FC
Queensboro, Rhode Island, and Buffalo are all supposed to start in 2023. Iowa is scheduled for a 2024 debut.
Then for League One:
Central Valley Fuego, FC Tucson, Northern Colorado Hailstorm, Union Omaha, Forward Madison, Chattanooga Red Wolves, Greenville Triumph, South Georgia Tormenta, North Carolina FC, Charlotte Independence, Richmond Kickers
League One has at least three teams scheduled to start in 2023, including Lexington, Fort Wayne, and Spokane.
