Yeah that's gonna hurt. You guys need to patch those runs up the middle.

They should've taken what they can instead drew a dumb play and got nothing. Good for USM 14-7 at half.

USM still haven't plugged that hole up the middle. UNT keeps running up and getting chunks in the middle.

Defense is probably gassed about nowish since the USM offense can't stay on the field. 03-banghead

Yeah that and UNT eating a bunch of clock every time they have the possession with the ground game aren't helping USM.

I wish we could just end the season and come back when we have the players. This is embarrassing. I think we would lose to UConn this year.

UConn? Hell, Jackson State with an offensive pulse would kick us to the curb... 03-hissyfit
Edit - Ok, JSU might be a stretch...or would they? Seriously our offense has been that inept this year.

Not a stretch at all. As much as I hate to say it.

I feel your pain . . App State trounced my Red Wolves today. Both our teams will get better; we will not be down forever although it may seem like it at times 03-lmfao

Go Eagles !!
Go Red Wolves !!

Okay makes sense because i remember seeing it a year or two after we joined CUSA. Its weird that no one from their Marketing or public relations saw what appears to be an obvious snafu.

I know the nickname, which will not be allowed through the profanity filter, was around for a long time before the mug, like going back to the early SBC days. First time for me seeing the mug was a few weeks ago, but that’s because I don’t go on the CUSA board.

The QB, forced into action due to injuries, couldn’t start for his HS. That’s pretty much the shape of things for us.

RE: USM vs UNT game thread
In each of the past 2 games, our offense has scored 1 TD and given the opponent 2 TDs.

Our defense could be better, but it’d be passable if the offense wasn’t a complete s*** show. I’m in favor of just punting on first down the rest of the year if Lange is the best we can do at QB. As much as I admire his gutsiness and attitude, he coughs up the ball every damned time he gets hit. I’ll sacrifice the passing game (it’s not that great anyway) in exchange for not just handing the other team 14 points every week.

What was it I heard, our QB or one of our QBs played at Jackson Prep, but wasn't a starter, was like a 2nd or 3rd stringer, how the world do we sign a guy like that Hopson?

Had the 2011 Championship Team in attendance Saturday. The smallest guy on the line back then was still larger than our biggest guy on the line today. It’s sheer talent problems.

VOICE OVER ON THE VIDEO: It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years…
