*Akron's coach fired. Zach, Akron's newer QB is doing quite well, but fumbled the ball inches from the endzone to blow (it against) Testicle Tech. WMU's been losing and Lester's not been a good HC to bring them over the top, and he's struggling to hit 7-5, and even 6-6. WMU wins this out, but doesn't at all beat the spread as they still struggle. Akron 27, WMU 34

*Buffalo lost to BGSU last week, even though this is a rebuilding year for BGSU and are getting better. Miami's at home, lost to Ohio on the road. They'll pull it out. Buffalo 24, Miami 34

*Ohio's improving like BGSU seems to be, getting used to their new coach as their old one's on a feeding tube. The fighting EMUs at home will prevail, with Ken shirtless painted green to root them on. Ohio 31, EMU 40

Toledo -10.5 @ BGSU
*Toledo lost a tough one against EMU at home. Now they go down the road on their bikes to take their anger out on BGSU. BGSU's not there yet, but it'll be a barn-burner. Toledo 31, BGSU 28

Ball State -2.5 @ NIU
*This game could go either way. Spread's thin for a reason. NIU is good at home though, so I should pick them. But another road game for BSU, but NIU falls short. Again. Rocky doesn't perform the best, Apollo Creed as a bird punches him out. Mac West gets wild. BSU 31, NIU 28

Kent State @ CMU -2.5
*This game certainly could go either way. CMU beat WMU thanks to 2 kick returns & WMU turnovers -- and are riding high off their win. KSU is on a pretty good roll and can score a lot and will need that against a good CMU D. They pull the "upset" in Mt Pleasantnot. KSU 37, CMU 32
