Just to summarize, the following are likely movements in FBS that are not official:

CUSA to MAC
WKU
MTSU

FCS to SB
James Madison

IND to CUSA
NMSU
Liberty

FCS to CUSA
Jacksonville St.
Sam Houston St.

Already official, just waiting on a time are Texas/Oklahoma to SEC; Cincinnati/Houston/UCF to Big 12; Rice/North Texas/UTSA/UNCC/UAB/FAU to AAC; Marshall/Southern Miss/ODU to Sun Belt and in 2023 BYU to Big 12.
