The "rest of baseball" needs to take a long look in the mirror. They were all stealing signs. And look the supposed "cheaters" have been pretty dominant even after 2017 and still have a core of great players that will make them post season regulars for the foreseeable future. The "rest of baseball's" tears tasted oh so sweet throughout this postseason.

Hopefully they do. I am Steelers fan but don't mind rooting for Failcons when not playing Steelers. The Falcons franchise needs a redo desperately and hopefully things start moving in the right direction for them.

I agree for the most part. I also wonder if this story got as big as it did since it looked like the media darlings of Major League Baseball (Yankees and Dodgers) were the ones most directly affected. If they had done this against say the Royals and Pirates in the post season I doubt the story would have gotten as big as it did.

I think it’s probably that, and then I think it’s the way they did it . . . integrating technology as a way to steal signs . . . that hadn’t been done before (at least not to my knowledge).

It is what it is, they’ve paid for it . . . hopefully folks can move on.

Not to that level give me a break. I know it sucks for Houston fans they cheated to win a WS and nobody is ever going to give it credit for it. Yes there is cheating in every sport this was egregious. Trying to equate it to other stuff is lame. It is you against the world with this stuff.

1960 Braves pitchers Bob Buhl and Joey Jay were spotted in the bleachers at Wrigley dressed like fans using Binoculars to (steal signs) rely signs to the team’s hitters.

I agree with that. Hopefully the strain with McCullers arm isn't serious. Then you have Framber, Garcia, Urquidy. Likely go for a couple starter/long reliever types on the market; maybe trade for a guy midseason next year if an extended postseason run looks likely. I think they figure out the pitching situation, just hope Strom doesn't decide to hang it up.
