I bet you could get some votes from our SBC brethren if you post it there.

Yes, it will. He’s the best kicker we’ve had since Jarod Brown.

I will never forget that Brown 50+ yard field goal at Hentz but I think Nick might be our best kicker ever and I wonder if he will get a shot in the NFL. I always considered that maybe his distance was the only thing holding him back but he almost made that damn 58 yarder at Marshall. I wonder if the lack of kickoffs will hurt?

His misses this year are a block vs. Buffalo and a 58 yarder for Marshall. He's 5-5 from 40-49

Voted. And voted in the election. Please vote in both everyone.

I still wish we had run a quick out route against Marshall to try to get a few more yards. It hurts that the kick was a few yards short.

Nick's dad Brian told our group at the Wake game that NFL teams came to watch him workout in the summer, believe he mentioned the Jags and WFT specifically. So, he's certainly on their radar. Also, if you have a chance to meet his parents, say hello. They're some of the nicest people I've met at ODU.

I think this poll is limited by the unique key combo (IP Address, player). Unless you have access to a bunch of addresses or a dynamic farm handy you are limited with no of times you can vote and make it count. At the very least you can do it from your cell and your laptop/workstation once and if you really want to reset the modem and keep going 03-lol

I voted and the running poll has him in the lead, but why???
The disclaimer right below the voting buttons states,
"*This voting poll does not count towards actual award winner."

I think the voting counts toward who wins this weeks poll, but does not count toward who wins the Groza Award at the end of the season.

So....electoral college votes? Or does the Supreme Court decide?
