You may actually desire for him to be hired away rather than run the risk of UTSA falling into mediocrity where no one will touch him or his buyout.

He is a better recruiter than Frank Wilson. Last year he signed the #2 class in CUSA, so I expect to get better players. Frank Wilson's recruiting classes were ranked around the middle of CUSA.
