It was a crazy night and even with Johnny Smith's pick 6 for the clincher, the thing I remember most is the punting display put on by App's Quinn & Marshall's Colquitt (who transferred from nearby Lees McRae). BTW, love the shoulder pads from back in the day. I also miss the ROTC cannon from back then.

I felt like the conference was sunk after the first AAC exodus. If the Sunbelt can stay together and Marshall can play a steady out of conference diet of Ohio, ECU, Louisville, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech in football I'll be content. Which is something most Herd fans haven't been for a while.
