actually that is a good point. Maybe it makes sense to move early. But there are going to be posts about ODU vs CUSA schools until ‘23. I highly doubt current Sunbelt posters want to see those discussions.

Does it affect a lot? We could still talk on the CUSA boards, just like we can talk on the Sun Belt boards now, right?

It's almost a technicality, as we can always post on both, and chiefsfan has already assured us that we are welcome to post there now.

Yeah it doesn’t really bother me either way what conference our board is a sub board of.

I think it would be a show of solidarity to move now. I have to admit I like the Sun Belt board a lot more the CUSA board. Never thought those words would leave my mouth.

#2 People might be looking into ODU and would look at the conference we're in. Move if it gets untenable or the future mates move over.

I'd say we should move the board the day after the final ODU athletics participation in C-USA concludes. Who gets that honor anyway? Baseball?

I think I agree with this, but I also think we could post interesting things about our sports programs on the Sun Belt boards now as well.

I think I agree with this. It just seems weird to be posting game threads and CUSA opponent talk on the Sun Belt board. Although now that I wrote that out I’m wondering if anyone will even notice the difference.

That was weird. I’m inclined to vote with Cameraman J, Coach, Chillie and the spirits that moved them. Move after the last game with CUSA patch on our jerseys

Its a gigantic technicality. Only thing you guys and JMU's eventual decision do is help us figure out if we need to hold another round of mod elections on the SBC board.

Meh, game threads work either place...and they'll probably appear both places honestly. From you guys perspective, its more about where do you think fans are going to look if they are wanting to post on the ODU team forum.

I know UAB etc all chose to stay on CUSA, but every situation is different.
