Homecoming for Rice. Owls are now a 3 pt favorite. I see Rice 35 UNT 17.

This is a great opportunity for Rice to get to .500 and make a bowl game a real possibility.

As if we don't need more issues, I am hearing that NT might have to have a couple WR's playing in the secondary because we are so short. And yet, we are also short on WR's. Those 2 positions have been decimated.

Rice should win easily. We actually held up pretty well with Liberty last week until the secondary lost 3 players.

WR and DB injuries are tough to overcome. Even harder with bad coaching. Can't see UNT winning this one.

We had been playing most of the year with our two top wr out.

Getting one of them back was a big key to last week’s turnaround win

I would like to be this confident. Bloomgren should win a game like and show the progress he has made in year 4 of his program.

Strange game and thread, where neither set of boosters is confident of victory.

UNT won but I don't see anything that would help save Seth Littrell's job.

Not our finest hour, but we did come back four times!

Hard to do a fifth time when you lose the toss in OT.

4/4 on fourth down though, I think.

Without looking it up that might make us 9/9 over the last two games.

I hope not. Other than the scoreboard, I didn't see anything positive come out of yesterday's game with Rice.

Rice got the ball first in OT. They just didn't move it and missed their 46 yard field goal attempt. Penalties grounded Rice in this game and that is saying something, because UNT is terrible about penalties.
