How about this...we will host Southern Miss in Boone as the 13th game - before the bowl game.
And the winner gets to call their stadium officially "The Rock". Settle it on the field if you will

That is not what he said. It was rumored to be as you described, but he said "huckleberry." Its there, in the screen play / transcript, or whatever you call it. I saw it on a documentary.
