Most kids crave discipline. My hat is off to these men.

The story mentioned that more kids are going to class. It would be interesting to monitor grade performance to see if any change occurs.

….was a teacher/coach as a young man.

One big lesson I learned - have fair rules, make EVERYONE follow them.

Punish those that break the rules, give good vibes to those that follow the rules…….very few problems in the classroom or on the filed.

Number 1……as long as kids know you care about them……they will almost always do as you ask.

It really isn’t that hard…….
