I’ll be out of town a few games this year and went to try and resell my tickets, but am receiving a “tickets not eligible for resell” message. Does anyone know if that’s the policy on basketball season tickets?

I had the same problem early on with my football tix when I tried to transfer them.
I contacted the campus ticket office via email.
They sent some different instructions and it worked.
The trick for me was to not log-in through the crappy app they are using, but to log-in (different log-in) to my GTG ticket account directly and do it from there.

Tickets are transferable to any phone # or email via GTG.

That’s right - I was able to get it to work via the go tigers tickets website vs using the app. Thanks!
