Tigers vs UCF By The Numbers 2021
The easy way to do this is to put up a link saying see previous years.

Both teams will once again attempt to outscore the other and hope to find a way to get a stop.

Tigers need some breaks in this one to stay close enough to pull out the win.

Tigers have a big advantage in the punt and punt return part of the game.

Surprising that a team that is so strong in kick-off defense could be as weak in punt return defense as UCF.

Keene has only 4 TDs to go with his 4 ints and has 8 rushed for 11 yards.

The running game is by committee with no active player with 300 yards rushing this year.

Tigers must do something they have not done very well this year.

Get pressure on QB and not let them sit back and wait for WR to come open.

When he has time his completion % is right at 62%.

But is not that mobile as his longest run for the year is 3 yards.

There are two main receiving targets O'Keefe(63 ypg) and Johnson(48 ypg).

While top two runners are Richardson (59.4 ypg) and Coles (39 ypg).

Wildcard will be team focus as Coach Malzahn left the team as soon as the game was over to be with his daughter who suffered complications during childbirth.

This could either rally the team behind the coach or it could negatively affect the team and cause them to lose focus.

Tigers will be missing their big RB, Clark, and two of their DBs in Rogers and Pickens as all three are listed as questionable.

Seth did leave the Navy game due to being banged up with an arm injury was is expected to play.

If Seth plays under control and doesn't let what should be a rowdy crowd get to him the Tigers could come away with the win.

TURNOVERS as usual can be determining factor this week.

I’m expecting a very good game. We also had 2 days more to rest before the game (and aren’t coming off of playing Cincinnati)

This is such a huge game. If we win, I think we upset SMU at home with the extra week off and might win out until the Houston game.

I know it's getting ahead of things, but I was looking at SMU's schedule and noticed they are 6-0.

They have played five FBS schools.

Those five FBS schools have combined to go 5-22 vs. other FBS schools.

Agreed, I'm expecting something very similar to last year.
I don't think they are UCreF this year.

If nothing else, they should get LESS breaks on the calls as they are on their way out of the conference.

I halfway expect to see Austin back to receiving punts in this game. Currently we looked to have instructed Koby Drake to just make fair catches on all punts.

This headline should be some bulletin board material for our defense:

It would be nice to see some speed but can’t beat sure hands.

Calvin has both, and has been known to return punts (eh, Miss State?).
Might have to do with that usage rate thing. I hear he's running too many yards when he catches balls.
