The Red Black cheer was worse than bad. Couldn't tell which side was red/black and, then everyone just gave up. Kind of like looking for a beer in Huskie Stadium....

The band used to say "and that's a Huskie First Down." For some unknown reason they took that away from them and gave it to the announcer. That sucked. Still does.

The red and Black chant was started by the Cheerleaders. They took that away from them and gave it to the announcer. Ridiculous and really bad.

Less participation-- that is what they are after?

Dunno?

Yes. They are doing one heck of a marvelous job causing less participation and ruining the game day experience and traditions.

Coach Hammock was wearing a XXL in his playing days. He is at least a XXXL today.

I think they want both sides to yell red, or black, at the same time? Who knows. It's so bad I wish they wouldn't bother

+1. Need people in the stands for the chant to work.
