Horror in Loudoun County Implicates Local and Federal Officials
Quote:The situation in Loudoun County, VA, has become a point of national interest over the last year as it has come to represent ground zero for the fight against Critical Race Theory and transgender ideology in schools. Parents have stood up at school board meetings and pushed back on policies allowing boys in girls’ bathrooms, books that promote pedophilia, and other perverse directives.

Back in June, one such meeting exploded with multiple arrests after the cowardly school board declared an unlawful assembly. Police officers with no care for the rights of parents grabbed and threw one man to the ground who refused to leave. In what became a viral moment, the man was dragged out with his pants around his ankles.

Now, we have the story behind what happened via The Daily Wire, who put out a multi-thousand-word investigative piece sharing exactly what Scott Smith had gone through. Most of it is behind a paywall, but I will share as much as I can here.

Per the report, Smith was at the school board meeting because his daughter had been raped by a transgender boy in the girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. What transpired after that was almost as sickening as the act itself.

Smith was given a no-trespassing order prior to the meeting that forbids him from telling his story. This was all part of an elaborative cover-up by the school district to not publicize the rape of his daughter. In fact, when Smith showed up at the school to complain about what had happened, they essentially accused him of lying and called the police, not on the transgender rapist, but on Smith himself for causing a scene. Luckily, he was able to get his daughter a rape kit that evening that confirmed the crime.

Further, moments before Smith’s arrest, the school board announced that they had no record of any rape regarding their transgender policies at their schools. That is what set the desperate father off. He had an Antifa “anti-racist” activist at the meeting claim his daughter was lying. When an argument ensued, police grabbed his arm. When he pulled his arm away, he was assaulted and thrown to the ground, handcuffed, and drug out of the room.

And while the far-left prosecutor’s office, which would eventually try to throw the book at Smith over his arrest at the school board meeting, insisted they were taking the rape case seriously, the same boy was let back into the school system. Within months, he had committed another rape.

But while it is clear the local school board put children at risk in order to cover for their own demented ideology, things didn’t stop there. Smith’s case was actually cited by the DOJ in their letter warning of “domestic terrorism” at school board meetings. AG Merrick Garland had to have been apprised of the details of the case, yet he chose to obfuscate and pretend Smith was a terrorist threat anyway.

This is absolutely insane, evil stuff, and I pray Smith gets justice here, not only in regards to the boy who raped his daughter but also against the degenerates who populate the Loudoun County School Board. While some conservatives have questioned the need to fight back against things like CRT and abusive school boards in general, this case shows that the fight is not only necessary, but righteous as well.

Narrative over truth. It is a miserable human being that covers up the anal rape of a high school female because such events support legitimate fears that parents and kids have with the allowing of biological males into female-only spaces.

Whoever is part of this should burn in hell.

Its like they don't want to admit a transgender can do anything wrong because that might be brought up again and hurt the narrative more, so they are uber sensitive about admitting the truth.

They're "marginalized" so we can't say anything bad about even one individual because the truth is now hateful.

In the meantime they should rot in a prison cell here on earth, shared with a big boy named Bubba who doesn't care if he's the wife or the husband.

This has gone beyond anything we could ever imagine. A transgender rapes and beats several girls in bathrooms, and then Loudon county covers it up and has the parent(s) arrested and now the DOJ is going after the parent calling him a terrorist. Pathetic.

Then: abortion where there is rape, incest or the life of the mother.
Now: infanticide a year after birth at the parents will.

Then: allow poor transgenders to use the bathroom of their choice.
Now: allow transgenders to rape girls of their choice.

RE: Horror in Loudoun County Implicates Local and Federal Officials
The Link Between Cleveland's "Tragedy Pimps" and Loudoun County's School Board Chaos

Quote:They may not seem directly related, but when Cleveland’s Mayor Frank Jackson calls out the “tragedy pimps” working to pass Issue 24 (which we covered last week), there’s more than a passing connection to the chaos at the school board meetings in Loudoun County, which got even more disturbing as allegations of rape and cover-ups broke yesterday (we wrote about it here). And that connection has everything to do with activism and efforts to keep police from doing their jobs without being harangued by citizen-led social justice groups.

In last week’s piece detailing what’s happening with Issue 24 in Cleveland, we revealed that a huge part of the funding to get Issue 24 on the ballot there — a change to the city charter that would give citizens the lead on “everything from disciplinary oversight to recruiting and training” with regard to police — was coming from a DC-based activist group called The Fairness Project, which Influence Watch links to labor Union SEIU.

In a subsequent interview with Outlaws Radio, Cleveland’s Mayor Frank Jackson calls that kind of activism the work of “tragedy pimps.”

So how does that relate to what’s going on Loudoun County, Va.? Well I personally know of a few reporters already examining the funding and political associations behind some of the groups pushing the National School Board Association (NSBA) in their endeavors there, such as a recent letter to the Biden administration that led to the DOJ’s strange assertions about parents and implications of domestic terrorism. I won’t scoop those reporters while they’re working on their stories, but I’ll share them when they’re done. (By the way, Parents Defending Education has done some great work contacting state representatives of the NSBA who say they were never contacted before that letter was drafted and sent.)

And it will be interesting to see if there’s some funding overlap because one somewhat-overlooked nugget in the Loudoun County chaos via this amazing piece from The Daily Wire is a similar effort to make police in Loudoun County answerable to a civic group, just as Issue 24 does in Cleveland.

When citizens collected enough signatures to begin a court process recalling Barts, partly for her activities in the Anti-Racist Parents Facebook group, it would fall, under the vagaries of Virginia law, to Biberaj to prosecute the recall. Biberaj did not recuse herself, even though she was part of that group and promoted a letter to the editor that mocked the recall effort and those opposed to transgender policies. A judge ultimately had to intervene to disqualify her.

There was one relief valve: the sheriff, which is an elected position for which voters chose Mike Chapman, a Republican. In response, the Democrat-controlled board of supervisors pushed for stripping the duties of the sheriff’s office and creating a police force that would report to them instead.

Back in 2018, I wrote a piece about what this kind of social justice, citizen-led police oversight did to the city of Seattle, arguably a trial balloon for progressives interested in this kind of “civic order.” It wasn’t pretty.

According to COMPAS President Mike Solan, an officer himself, Seattle may be facing some serious unintended public safety consequences because of the actions of a similar citizen-led panel called the Community Police Commission, that has recently become guided by a few powerful members with a dramatic social justice agenda.

While the Community Police Commission has some members who are “just trying to do good work,” Solan says, there is a power-base on the Commission that has been successful in working with a group called De-Escalate Washington (who received money from George Soros’ Open Society among other social justice groups, Solan says) in getting I-940 passed in 2017, a ballot initiative that redefined “deadly use of force” in the state because they argued officers were impossible to prosecute in deadly force situations.

“They deceptively crafted their message,” Solan says. “They bamboozled signers to this petition [by convincing them] that law enforcement officers needed more training around use of force. But buried deep in the language was a change in the language of what ‘use of force’ means. Typically the burden of proof in an inquest into a deadly use of force situation is on the prosecutor. I-940 puts the burden on the officer to justify their actions. They captured the narrative circulating around the country that it was impossible to prosecute officers, and cited a number of police shootings in Seattle to make the case despite the fact that the majority of those were ruled justifiable.”

It’s great to hear Democrats like Mayor Jackson stand up to the more radical week of the left on the issue of neutering police in cities where police not only provide a valuable public safety service but offer employment to people looking to advance in life. But if the progressive left keeps trying to sneak the issue of community police oversight into issues as seemingly disconnected as school board members, rational and sane Democrats are going to need to take Jackson’s lead and use their voices in protest lest they watch crime stats grow.

Smith made the mistake of raising the issue in a public venue. I do feel badly for him, but he should have solved the issue more discreetly. Face to face discussions can be beneficial in the resolution process.

Disgusting.

All about preserving the narrative as most mentioned above rather than facing the truth and dealing with it responsibly as adults should over kids

Parents Come out in Force: Demand Loudoun County School Superintendent Resign for Alleged Rape Cover-Up

Quote:More than 60 concerned parents, students and residents came out last night at the Loudoun School Board meeting to voice their anger at the disgusting story alleging a school cover-up of alleged sexual assaults by a transgender boy.

As we previously reported, a boy wearing a skirt allegedly committed a sexual assault against a ninth grade girl in May in a bathroom at the school. The charges are horrifying including anal and forcible sodomy. Then the school superintendent at a June 22 board meeting denied that such a “predator transgender student” existed and said they had no record of any such assaults despite the fact the sexual assault had been reported to the police. “We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,” he said.

This enraged the father who was at that meeting and who had also reportedly been given a no trespassing order to keep him from telling what happened. Then, an activist claimed his daughter wasn’t telling the truth and a scuffle broke out during which time the father was thrown to the floor and arrested. The father said he tried to pull his arm back after an officer grabbed it and you can see that’s true on the video.

He’s now being prosecuted. And the NSBA cited an “arrest in Virginia” referencing that meeting and falsely claiming the arrest was about CRT when they appealed to the FBI to do something about parents who they suggested could be “domestic terrorists.”

While the school went after the father, they moved the skirt-wearing boy to another school. Reports allege that he there committed another sexual act against another girl on October 6.

On Tuesday night, the parents demanded the resignation of the superintendent, Scott Ziegler for the cover-up. The parents were also upset about “8040” the policy that allowed the “gender fluid” boy to use the bathroom he chose.

From Fox News:

“This is not China, this is the United States of America, and we will not be silenced,” one irate mother said. “Remove the superintendent immediately and then resign for your negligence and duplicity. End this nightmare!” [….]

“Your moral compasses are busted! You, Dr. Ziegler, and our school board – every one of you – are complicit in these crimes against our children because you did nothing about it, nothing.”

“What is worse than a child being raped at school? The coverup by those who are trusted with the safety and well-being of children,” another mother said. “Today, Scott Ziegler must resign for the unconscionable act of allowing an alleged rapist back into school to rape again, and for that coverup.”

“We warned you about policies that you were putting into place that would be a danger to our students, and we’ve seen that happen,” a father said. “When is enough enough? When are you going to change the policies to keep our children safe?” [….]

“These school board members knew about the first incident at the June 22 meeting. I’m sorry, they all knew about the case when they were here for the June 22 meeting. And now another child has been hurt by this same predator? And so we hold them accountable,” Patti Menders, a mother and president of the Loudoun County Republican Women’s Club, told Fox News in an interview before the meeting.

A spokesperson claimed that the incidents were “reported immediately to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, and LCPS cooperated fully with the investigations.” So then why did the superintendent deny the first incident at the June meeting? His own spokesperson is basically confirming he lied. He just didn’t say ‘I can’t comment,’ he said it never happened. That’s a big problem and he should resign.

The school board also appears to be violating the requirement for an open public meeting. Each speaker was allowed to enter the room alone and then they were ushered out. Otherwise the room was largely empty except for some media and the school board. It’s not clear why they weren’t letting people who spoke back in the room if they weren’t causing a problem. But that raises another question, particularly in light of all the other issues alleging a cover-up.

WATCH: Loudoun Father Who Says Daughter Was Sexually Assaulted Blasts Garland Effort Against Parents, ‘Scary'

Quote:One of the things that’s most incredible about the Loudoun County School Board story is that there appears to have been a horrible cover-up that occurred and a very bad reaction by going after the father of a student who was allegedly sexually assaulted by a skirt-wearing boy in a bathroom. The father was arrested at a school board meeting after trying to speak out about what he says happened to his daughter after the superintendent denied there had been any assault. The police have confirmed there was a reported sexual assault. The father is still being prosecuted. The skirt-wearing boy was moved to another school and allegedly assaulted another girl according to reports.

But on top of all that, to make it even worse, the National School Boards Association (NSBA) cited the incident in a letter to Joe Biden as one of the reasons they wanted the FBI to come in and investigate parents who could be responsible for “domestic terrorism.”

Imagine if you’re the dad who went through all this. That dad, Scott Smith, spoke with Laura Ingraham last night and blasted not only what happened in his situation but the use being made of it to attack parents.

Smith related what had happened at the June 22 meeting, saying that he attended the meeting because he was concerned about the alleged assault on his daughter and what was happening at the school. As we noted, at the meeting, the school superintendent denied there had been any sexual assaults. The father was then confronted during the meeting by a leftist activist who started telling him that what he said had happened to his daughter didn’t, in fact, happen. He said he was gripped from behind and didn’t realize initially it was a police officer when he pulled his arm back. That’s when a scuffle started and he was arrested.

The father explained what happened and why he was speaking out now, that there wasn’t any formal “no trespassing” order as has been reported but that he was told to keep quiet in the interests of his daughter getting justice. Then he found out about the second alleged incident, allegedly with the same student.

From Fox News:

“We were under the impression from the prosecutor that this sexual predator was being held on in-house arrest with an ankle monitor and would not return to school until these court sessions were done. You are innocent until you are proven guilty – I understand that. But we have to protect everyone at the same time,” Smith said.

However, in the interim, Smith had been informally advised to remain quiet about the allegations in hopes of a positive outcome or prosecution.

“I was told by everyone, my attorneys, the prosecuting attorney, friends of the family, people I don’t even know, that if I wanted justice for my daughter, I needed to keep my mouth quiet and not speak out because in order to get justice for my daughter, which is the most important thing to me, of course, was to not come out and let justice prevail,” he said.

“It was my decision not to speak out. Nobody muzzled me, but I was told if I wanted justice for my daughter and wanted this case to have a finality and a possible conviction, that I had to stay quiet.”

He described the hell his daughter went through after what he says happened but said fortunately, she was doing better.

Smith said he wasn’t going to stay quiet any longer.

Smith called the letter targeting parents by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland “scary.” “That’s really scary that our government will weaponize themselves against parents and using my video across the nation to spread fear. That’s wrong. I am not a bully. I am not a racist. I love everyone. I love this country. I want better stuff for it.”

Many parents came out last night to the Loudoun School Board meeting to speak out against the alleged cover-up and to call for the resignation of the superintendent. Even during that meeting, the school board may have violated the open public meetings requirement by not allowing an open meeting and only letting in one parent at a time to speak.

They weaponized what happened to this poor parent to use against other parents and it’s just completely shameful.
