So Southern Mississippi at 121 managed to have exactly the same amount of Total Revenue & Total Expenses, down to the dollar ($25,628,133)? For both 2020 & 2019?

PSU, Pitt, Temple and Lincoln are exempt from PA open records law. They aren’t considered public under PA law.

It’s fairly common. Just enough school or student fees are allocated on the books to cover expenses.

If you are using university funds to support athletics there is no reason to transfer in more than what is required to balance the books.
