Why does one year's score even matter and during the COVID season of all years? Boise has beaten BYU in 4 of the last 6 meetings. The loss today is not a surprise to anyone who remotely follows BYU.

That's not a slight against UTEP. Boise has a better team than their record shows. They'll win a bunch more, but BYU still has 5-1 Baylor and 4-2 Virginia with former BYU HC Bronco Mendenhall. I don't expect BYU to win either one of those. That's not being a downer as the classless UAB fan implied. That's just a matter of knowing the teams.
