Question about Blankumsee
I didn't get a chance to see or listen to last week's game. I see Blankumsee had 4 catches for 47 yards. Is this a midseason up and comer, or was it late in game stuff?

RE: Question about Blankumsee
Up and comer though I believe he got injured during the UMASS game. Jerjuan Newton was someone last year who I thought was poised for a big year but he’s been quiet. Part of it is Bradley has keyed in on Maddux and Winstead as his favorite targets.

RE: Question about Blankumsee
He left the game with an injury in the 2nd quarter, so all 4 receptions were early. He's been on the 2-deep since spring ball, and has been in the regular rotation of receivers for all 5 games. Hope the injury is no serious.
