Just ribbing you guys a little. Everyone knows Boone is a pretty and cool place. I will say typically you have to leave Boone and Conway to get to the cool outdoor activities/things to do. Only difference is Boone is more integrated with App (tons of cool breweries) than Coastal is Conway. I would be willing to bet the majority of Alumni don’t stick around local for either school.

These hillbilly’s level of delusion is hilarious. Despite having a larger population and a FAR more diverse population, Conway has a far lower poverty rate than Boone and median incomes are nearly identical between the two. In fact, if you equaled out the racial makeup between the two, the median income in Conway would probably be over double what it is in Boone. And while I don’t doubt there are some million dollar vacation homes (because rich people do indeed buy vacation homes), I’d be willing to pretty much guarantee that if you’re permanent resident of Boone, you don’t live in one of them. So enjoy living vicariously through the few rich people dumb enough to buy a vacation home in Boone rather one of the many many better mountain destinations throughout the country. But I imagine the vacation homes are much more expensive in Asheville and Gatlinburg, so whatever.

He wanted to post about the venue canceling incident and for some reason headed it like a Gameday thread.
