Marshall has more alternatives than anyone right now. It is all a matter of how they want to frame it and what they are willing to spend.

They can do like the rest of America does, borrow it. Point is what is their best long term goal? Spend a lot for a short term gain that may turn into a long term gain or sit tight and invest in other things to be the most competitive in their current situation.

My hope is that we end up in a geographically friendly conference with similar and competitive programs that we can be proud to be associated with. The “Eastern CUSA” concept gets us there, in my opinion.

I am all for the "Eastern C-USA". I have nothing against any western members per se, I just think that the more compact grouping can benefit everyone and that the strength of the individual members may be very helpful to raise the strength of the group.

Yep. I don't dislike any of the C-USA programs. I also don't see many of them doing anything for us and the C-USA Office has done even less. If I could cherry pick a conference, that would be ideal, but that is no longer as easy as it once was. Playoff money and NCAA Autobids are dependent on current conferences. The Sunbelt has far more regional schools for USM and more that are similar (small market and more interested in football and baseball than basketball) than C-USA.

Apparently, you ask your new President and AD to pay for everything?

It’s better than not having alternatives

He didn't live up to his name. A source told me that he was incharge of raising the exit and entry fee funds.

Sad. A young mans life is potentially ruined over a natural growing plant that’s legal in other states and you guys are making fun of him.

I'm not going to make fun of him, but the rules and laws are pretty clear. I can't imagine he didn't know that he'd get in serious trouble for it. Some people just have to sabotage themselves and it's unfortunate, but it's also on them.

I don’t support Knowledge in any aspect. It’s not personal use. It’s a felony. So, possession with intent or cultivation. He should have been focused on holding onto the football, not the dime bag.

That being said, he is innocent until proven guilty. But just being in that situation shows a massive lack of judgment.

Puff puff pass isn’t a play call in the playbook
