I would say yes. Also he is being naive not giving Rodriguez Clark more carries.

Not to mention in the Arkansas State game, we we're up 34-20 and 55-36, and managed to win the game by 5. I do believe our fanbase is starting to see the difference between Silverfield and Norvell. I wasn't crazy about the hiring, and I'm glad people are noticing why. Hate the fact that I put money down on Memphis -11.5

Defense is on the field too much. They get tired.

Not running the ball more is part of that problem. We have the horses. Let them run.

I mean sure the offense sucks, but the defensive scheme forces our defense to stay on the field by design. We don't go for drive killing plays. All we do is wait for the opponent to make 3 mistakes and not get a first down.

Well, between defense letting up, and a turnover that gave Temple a short field. I am not sure “conservative” is the issue. The defensive scheme needs to change and maybe Thomas needs not to be the the RB. We tried to hit some passes after they made it 17-14 and Henigan showed he truly is a true freshmen.

We don’t ever go for the kill. When we get up we don’t step on the opponent’s throat…we go soft. We’re afraid of embarrassing anyone. Or maybe we don’t have the ability to embarrass anyone in which case we have the wrong coach.

55-36 against Arky State. Inexcusable each time.

We aren't conservative. We run the same offense that gets the lead and that gets us slowed/shut down. The past few games the other teams adjusted when we didn't and we couldn't do anything. This game we score three straight drives then have a fumble and a drive that starts with 1st and 2nd down runs and three incomplete passes in a row. Then add in the fact the uptempo when we aren't scoring is keeping the defense on the field longer has become another problem.

Defense staying on the field because they we giving up easy underneath passes all day.

Always allowing the offense to say in manageable situations...

2nd and Medium
3rd and Short

When your defense allows 17 play drives that is on them

Exactly… we never press & we always play off the receivers. When we do get “crazy” and blitz, then we send the LB’s & leave the middle of the field wide open. Extremely vanilla on defense.

Hahaha…really? That’s the best you’ve got?

I played. I never coached. This team is terrible. Any player or coach can tell that.
