Seattle U and Climate Pledge
Seattle has 8 games at Climate Pledge. Shocked NMSU isn't one of them and only 3 for WAC games. Once NBA comes back to Seattle and concerts start picking up 8 games will drop to 2-4 games.

If Seattle ever got really good, like Gonzaga level good that would be an amazing environment in that arena.

Climate Pledge is the refurbished Key Arena. Went to a SU game there maybe 8 years ago. Climate Pledge was redone for Seattle's new NHL team.

I'm interested (once Delta Variant and possible related cousins are sorted) to find out if Climate Pledge doesn't threaten to cut off my circulation at the knees the way Key did. It wasn't like when it was Seattle Center Coliseum. Go figure.
(As someone who kind of wants a little chaos in his life, I vote for another gut-and-rebuild in 12 years just to say they did that. In a related story, try pricing the hockey tickets.)

So the arena gutted and they soaked 1 billion dollars into it. Part of that was digging down 60 feet to give the arena a better pitch for hockey. They also build a tunnel that stretches 2 blocks so that big concerts can easily move in and out for setup and tear down. I don't see them ever being a main tenant at CPA even if they were on Gonzaga's level. Gonzaga hardly uses Spokane Arena and that's without having a P5 within blocks of campus.
