Anymore exhausting than a conference that stretches from Norfolk to Miami to El Paso?

Scratching my head over Houston to San Diego to Boise and wondering if we really want to be a part of that.

I am not a Rice alum, so I am greatly limited by my education, but I think the difference is that turtles live in the water and tortoises live on land.

Perhaps, we need a Maryland fan's opinion.

Tortoises have more rounded and domed shells where turtles have thinner, more water-dynamic shells. Turtle shells are more streamlined to aid in swimming. One major key difference is that tortoises spend most of their time on land and turtles are adapted for life spent in water.

In fine dining, loki prefers terrapin.

UAB posters are not happy with this truth. That said, UAB is not being mentioned because Aresco has already informed the Blazers they're in regardless of what happens with the MWC schools. No need for it to be publicized.

First I've heard that.

...I still think there would be some heavy irony/karma/whatever if the Big XII could plant their logo flags at our new stadium, which is coincidentally right across the street from SEC Headquarters... 03-drunk02-13-banana03-lmfao

UAB I'm indifferent about.

Please make this happen. Just don't take FAU/WKU/ODU away from us and I'm cool.

If we could off load Rice, UTEP and Charlotte in one realignment that would be ideal for CUSA. I think if that were to happen along with UAB then we’d have a lot of stuff to work with. I think going to 12 would be ideal. Brands are more important than startups. I’d say add Liberty and JMU and call it a day. Obviously if I were the commissioner I’d give App a call before Liberty or JMU but I doubt they’d budge.

There's no need to get rid of Charlotte. They are a founding member of Conference USA, and they have a high ceiling to work with. Rice and UTEP won't be kicked out. Hopefully the Mountain West would consider them as it would help them, but I seriously doubt CUSA presidents would stoop to the level of the presidents of the Sun Belt by telling western affiliated schools stuck on islands to go screw themselves and die as Independents the way the Sun Belt treated Idaho and New Mexico State, who helped to save that pathetic conference when Utah State left for the WAC.

I mean they did join the SBC under the agreement that it was a temporary arrangement. I don't blame the SBC for that decision at all.

Wouldn't CLT be required to increase their cute little high school-size stadium to a college-size stadium before entering? Just asking for a friend.
