I always enjoy when we get new neighbors down here in the pit of misery.

Coog fans view it as UTSA having done us a favor. Just sayin'.

It was Texas State, but same difference

No, it was UTSA... first game ever at TDECU was UTSA vs Houston, I know because I was there.

biggest underdog win was texas state vs houston, i think it was 2012 . 30-13

But Did They Cover? Houston was a 34 1/2 point favorite over the Bobcats, and failed to cover.

UTSA did a great job letting our stupid coaches rolling a red carpet out for them to make us look like jackasses. They've got a great running back. He'll play on Sundays. Congrats!

Negative Ghost Rider.

The Texas State loss was Levine's first game as head coach of UH. The UTSA game loss was the first game of year 3 of Levine's lackluster career, the home opener for TDECU Stadium.

But thanks for the unpleasant reminder of also losing to Texas State.

It's hard to believe that Levine presided over 2 of the worst losses in the history of the program in just 3 short years.

The Texas State game was horrific because we had just come off the most successful campaign in the last 20 years of the program.

Losing to UTSA was embarrassing simply because of the spotlight that was on us in that moment. That game is going to be an absolutely painful trivia fact on a Coog radio show in 20 years.
