Based on his tenure and authority - Charlie may have the biggest fingerprint (of any administrator in JMU history) on what JMU is today.

I was there also, didn’t know King was involved. At the time, didn’t even know who CK was.

ISAT was/is a big deal for JMU, at the time was a little controversial because of the changes it brought. By human nature, some people resist change of any type.

Lots of building names on-campus, so certainly plenty of buildings named after non-presidents on campus. Kinda curious if a VP has ever gotten a building named after them before.
