On a positive.. we are trending in the right direction with penalties.

Thats a good sign. Id like to see our declined penalty rate as well. IMO those should count when evaluating discipline. The ND game was closer to 20.

Appreciate the extra digging folks have done in this thread. The declining penalty rate is at least encouraging. Hopefully that continues in the right direction.
