We have a big game this weekend against USF. They are a decent team and should not be taken lightly. I watched them play OK a few weeks ago and it was close in the first half for the most part. The quarterback is a scrambler and the defense is not all that bad. We have to play a little more motivated. I dont know whether the UA game took something out of us or something. I heard Bower has gotten them pretty motivated though in practices this week.

Also, I am tired of hearing about Ole Miss' victory over UF. Ok, it hurts to say, but they won. However, it is easy to beat up on a hurt Grossman. The Gators just had an off day and it happened to occur against Ole Miss. This will be the last time they win a SEC game. Seriously, how can they beat MSU, Ark, Alabama and etc. Im laughing at even the thought. They wont even admit at OM that a former CUSA defensive coordinator was the reason they won.

Well, Eagle followers we have a chance to be CUSA champs again. The one CUSA team that looks to be the most impressive so far has to be TCU. The defense looks great and the qb is efficient.

TCU has snuck up on a lot of people this year. They do look solid.

Looking forward to seeing the Eagles fly into the Big Easy next month, ought to be a good game.

Tulane needs only two games now to become bowl eligible, we should get one this Saturday against Navy (goat and all) and Army next weekend.

TCU beat us pretty good. We have looked flat since the Bama game. I think we went into that game(Bama) with a lot of confidence. After the loss, it just hurt us. We had some missed opportunities in that game, some questionable calls, etc. However, we only loss 20-7; which shows we very comeptitive. We will rebound eventually.

Tulane is looking real good this year. Scelfo is going to make many Wave fans forget about Bowden. What is the issue with you all playing some games in the Dome and some at the Park? Is the university looking to eventually play all games in the Park?I am glad that CUSA has an increase in competition this year. Almost all the teams have a .500 record or above, except for Army and East Carolina. If we keep playing other conferences tough and winning those games; CUSA will get national respect. Also, a possible BCS tie in.



Good luck to you all as well, except when playing Southern Miss. The game in the "Big Easy" is going to be great this year. Have you heard how the attendance is going to look?

What is with the Ole Miss banner? Shouldn't you have a Southern Miss banner? We are the only "real " school in the state? As stated time and time again; Southern Miss is often imitatied, but never equaled."

NPR, its good to see that you can do research. I guess that education at OM paid off. Why dont you do some reasearch on the series record between Southern and OM? Wait, you dont have to do that. I have proven that the series record is 18-17. I have always received my info from reliable sources.

We may not have been a university that long, but respected by many. I would rather attend a young university that is respected by many; than one thats old and not known. LOL!!! Why dont you change that banner to a Southern Miss logo? I have a good one for you.
