There's always a bigger fish
When we have good coaches we always feel like we lose them to other schools because we can't afford them anymore or they get a better opportunity. Happens to the big boys too.

Thought I would point out a few things I noticed recently I particular the Joe Novak touches I have seen in coaching . Former NIU Online coach Sam Pittman runs Arkansas,former OC Matt Canada is OC for the Steelers , NiI alum and former OC Dan Rancher is Online coach New Orleans Saints and add PJ Fleck & Thomas Hammock to that group and that's a damn impressive group of coaches that have been through deKalb.
