Biden has been avoiding questions for days because of all the disasters.
You had to know that his people were freaking out as to how to employ the “wall” to prevent any further gaffes or mistakes on his part — to limit his exposure by limiting the events.
So they’ve pulled out one of the worst excuses ever. Here it is from UN Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield.

In a press conference Friday, she said, ‘We are concerned about the U.N. event being a superspreader event, and that we need to take all measures to ensure that it does not become a superspreader event.” During the presser, she also said Biden’s attendance at the meeting would be short due to the pandemic precluding opportunities for many meetings during the General Assembly.
Now, either the vaccination and masking work or they don’t. Yet Biden himself keeps attacking them in this way.
Of course, we’ve seen Democrats frequently blowing off COVID rules making clear that they don’t think the rules apply to them. Just you have to follow them — they don’t. We saw after Joe Biden imposed mandated on federal employees to be vaccinated how that requirement didn’t apply to Congress, as a separate branch of government and that they weren’t requiring their members to be vaccinated. We listened as San Francisco Mayor London Breed explained why she thought she didn’t have to comply with an indoor mask requirement because the spirit moved her and people shouldn’t be the “fun police” when it comes to her right to party as she chooses. But it’s fine for her to “fun police” everyone else in her city. There was also the recent example of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) blowing off wearing a mask indoors at the Met Gala, along with most of the other attendees, while the staff, the “help” was required to be masked — a stark example of “Rules for thee….”
We’ve seen Biden himself blow off his own mask mandate on federal property immediately after he imposed it.
But when it’s convenient — to protect him — then, it could be a “super spreader.”
PJ Media points out how Thomas-Greenfield was actually encouraging world leaders to send in videos rather than speaking in person. That of course would have protected Biden much more because if everyone did that then they could have had cover and had Biden do that, too. They could have edited Biden’s however they would have liked. But apparently, that didn’t work and most of the leaders wanted to talk in person. So they were out of luck with that gambit.
Some of the leaders were also balking at the local New York City requirement to show proof of vaccination to enter indoor events like the General Assembly. Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro, for example, said he has natural immunity because he had COVID. The Russian ambassador called the requirement discriminatory. So after the delegates balked, now it’s going to be on the “honor system.” Translation: they don’t have to adhere to the same requirements being forced on regular people in NYC.
Secretary General’s spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said Friday that the honor system means ‘by swiping a badge to enter the General Assembly Hall, delegates attest that they are fully vaccinated, that they have not tested positive for COVID‑19 in the last 10 days [and] have no symptoms.’
Bottom line? If he opens his mouth, which he has to do, he’s going to stick his foot in it, despite all their careful efforts to avoid it.

As far as the main thrust of the speech, though, the resident-in-chief decided to rant about climate change and globalism, among other things we’ll get to.
It may seem hard to understand how this continues to be the top issue for the president given the full-scale collapse of so many other tangible things around him. Extreme weather events are not new. Hurricanes are not new, and we are not seeing a massive uptick as far as occurrence goes. Droughts, unfortunately, are a historical norm, and California’s current one may have been largely avoided if they had sane environmental policies. Earthquakes obviously have nothing to do with the climate, though, Biden mentioned them.
Yet, when you consider how terrible Biden’s presidency has been, it becomes obvious why “climate change” is now his top priority. It is nebulous enough for the goalposts to always be movable, thus providing the perfect “crisis” for an administration that desperately needs a distraction from their horrible policy outcomes.
Besides, what does a Democrat like doing more than spending taxpayer money? And climate change offers the perfect justification to spend gobs of money on random things that likely will have no impact on the climate anyway. Never let a crisis go to waste, and global warming is the next tool to further turn the country into a debt-ridden, socialist hellhole.
Past that, when it came time to discuss COVD-19, Biden was big on fear-mongering but low on actually holding those responsible accountable. In fact, while he mentioned accountability, he completely skipped over China, the communist government that gave us the coronavirus, and then tried to cover it up.
Later, Biden announced his intention to rejoin the UN Human Rights Council, which includes Venezuela, Pakistan, China, Cuba, Russia, Somalia, and Libya. You’ll recall that Donald Trump left the council due to it being full of countries that rabidly abuse human rights and obsess over Israel.
Tell me again how the Biden administration represented a return to norms, decency, and morality? I was assured that’s what we’d get by Never Trumpers everywhere because mean tweets were truly the issue of our time, but I digress.
Lastly, I’d be remiss if I didn’t share one of Biden’s senior moments in which he called the United Nations the United States. Because what the heck does it even matter anymore, right?
I think I’m going to put a permanent footer on my articles that just reads “we’re screwed” because really, we are completely screwed. The policies are dangerous and destructive and the man putting them in place is senile. So yeah, good luck to those of us residing in the United States going forward. Things are going just great.

According to National Review, French reporter Kethevane Gorjestani “was asked by a very startled Australian reporter whether WH wranglers were always so strict about ushering the pool out without questions,” after Biden publicly met with Australian prime minister Scott Morrison.
To answer the reporter’s question, it depends on the President, but with this one, the answer is yes. One of the things Biden will go down in history for is the President who rarely, if ever, took questions. As Sister Toldjah recently covered, our own media is becoming increasingly frustrated with Biden’s lack of communication with the people and his press secretary, Jen Psaki, continuing to make excuses for it. This is especially being highlighted with the border crisis surging into overdrive.
Biden’s appearance and swift disappearance at the U.N. was said to happen beforehand because the gathering would be a “super spreader event.”
What it really is, as Americans have surmised, is a way to keep Biden from saying anything that would make the Democrat party have to go into damage control mode over. Biden himself has said that he’s been instructed not to take questions on multiple occasions or instructed to take questions from only certain reporters.
Funny enough, this isn’t the first time Australians have been taken aback by the Biden administration’s interactions with the media. In June, Australia’s Sky News saw several commentators noting how “appalling” it was to watch the American media simpering and fawning over Biden’s appearance at the G7 summit as if he could do no wrong when they had previously slammed President Donald Trump over everything as if he could do no right.

Biden told Johnson a ridiculous story about his travel on Amtrak that has already been debunked as not being possible.
As I previously reported, the conductor he is referencing retired in 1993 and died in 2014. Biden didn’t actually hit over 1,000,000 miles on Air Force Two until 2015. So there’s no way this story could have happened. This isn’t just his typical lying puffery, this was weird straight up delusional nonsense. He’s just a pathological liar unhinged from reality. He also upped his number of miles on Amtrak which he said in May was 1,515,000 when he had the encounter with the conductor. Now suddenly, he told Johnson it was 2 million miles that the conductor told him.
But it really turned into bedlam when Biden’s staff flipped out trying to stop him from answering questions from the media.
Boris Johnson took three questions, according to CBS’s Ed O’Keefe. But then Biden’s staff started screaming right in the middle of Boris talking as they tried to stop reporters from asking Biden questions.
It was wild, I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it. And they were screaming very loudly, trying to get all the reporters out of the room.
Now perhaps it was because Biden started going into that nodding thing that almost looked like he was falling asleep. Or again, it’s just a sign of what we reported on before — erecting that “wall” to prevent him from getting any questions that he can mess up and avoid his regular gaffes.
But the staff created their own issue, causing a chaotic scene, on top of being rude to the prime minister.
O’Keefe was later able to figure out what Biden said in response to the border question.
If that’s Biden getting on board the fake Border Patrol whipping Haitians story, then he’s pushing something that’s already been debunked and it’s something done under his administration. What he needs to justify and resolve is the huge crisis he’s let fester at the border. That’s real and that’s all on him.

He claimed Biden said, “Violence is not justified.”
Now comes the word that the White House press pool was furious with how they were treated and immediately marched into White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s office and lodged a formal complaint, according to White House Correspondents’ Association President Steven Portnoy.

“The entire editorial component of the U.S. pool went immediately into Jen Psaki’s office to register a formal complaint that no American reporters were recognized for questions in the president’s Oval Office, and that wranglers loudly shouted over the president as he seemed to give an answer to Ed O’Keefe’s question about the situation at the Southern Border,” the statement said. “Biden’s answer could not be heard over the shouting.”
“Psaki was unaware that the incident had occurred, and suggested that she was not in a position to offer an immediate solution,” the statement continued.
Portnoy requested that Biden hold a formal press conference as a makeup for continuing to ignore reporters’ questions, which is a common occurrence from Biden, and Psaki responded by claiming that Biden “takes questions several times a week.”
What did they expect was going to happen? This was the same guy who blew them off completely during the campaign and hid in his basement. Biden has blown them off for days, since last week without answering any real question.
The reporters never really appreciated how good they had it with President Donald Trump who was always answering their questions. This guy hasn’t answered questions in days, even hiding out at the beach, while there are major disasters and scandals blowing up all around him.
Psaki’s response is indicative of the disdain the Biden people feel for the reporters — basically, a “We can treat them like dirt and they will take it, coming back for more” attitude. They know the reporters basically politically support them, so they don’t fear any repercussions about their actions.
What a thought. Maybe actually do your job and hold Biden to account. Report on the constant gaffes, incoherence, and incompetence. Don’t be treated like dirt and stand for it. Ask why the Biden folks are doing this and what they don’t want you to see.
