The ref making the hand gesture was wrong to call the ball dead. Once he did that, ONE of the teams was going to get screwed. This time is it was MSU- but blowing it dead would have just screwed the Tigers- it was NEVER going to be the correct call. It’s odd that fans around the country seem to be willing to punish the Tigers for doing everything right, but not holding MSU accountable for not knowing the rule.

Being angry because a bad call didn’t bail them out seems like misplaced anger. In what world would taking a touchdown from the Tigers due to a missed call be the “right” outcome?

Good post

Can share any tweets or msg board discussions? would love to read that

Just go to elite dogs (state message board) or nafoom (ole miss message board). Ole miss fans are siding with state on the controversial touchdown and if you have family from that state as I do you know that hell has to freeze over before they side with state on anything.

Old Miss siding with them, just shows how much we are in Old Miss's heads these days.

Leach always gets an A+ for his press conferences.

At one time I would not have minded having him for Memphis' coach.

He's definitely unfiltered and let's it rip..... (not Rip).

No matter what, it’s in the record book as a Tiger win 31-29. Eventually that will be the only thing that counts
