No college coaching experience though. That being said, would showing up in our recruiting area wearing the SB ring be a draw for recruits?

IMO the tweet was a joke. Though it is an interesting idea, I doubt there is anything behind it.

Looks like a good hire. Temple defense was very good in those years under Rhule and Brown. Both sides of the ball full of Philly-area tough guys. That’s a compliment, as a number of those guys are playing in the NFL.

Local guy could keep some of the local and regional talent home. Winning and players moving on to Pros will help too.

Looks like he’s only been away for two years, so there must still be some players on the team who’ve played for him. Sounds like it’s a hire the team will be excited about.
