I didn't think he was going to get a 20-point game *boggle*. He's now at 517 and needs 28 points to be the all-time scorer in college football. He could do that in JMU's guaranteed games.

Did not hear any mention of Ratkes record over the game announcement but considering how poor the Zable sound system is they might have and could have missed it. Do not think they did anything though.

Vegas doesn't want any part of this. They are in the money making business and even they know there is zero chance of that happening.

I'm at a point now where I don't even want them acknowledging us in any way. I don't want JMU associated with CAA any more than we have to. Any accolades would be coming from a disingenuous place.

I've got nothing against the players, but the CAA schools can go f themselves.

He didn't hit that one well and it was into the wind so I am not going to judge his body of work on that kick. Bread and butter of an NFL kicker is making extra points (have been a lot of misses this NFL season) and FGs 45 yards and under. A "big leg" comes into play a small % of the time. I think he will get some tryouts with NFL teams.

Cig indicated that Ratke was one of the 20 players that had the Flu this week and did not practice. Not sure if that contributed as well. Not saying that healthy he would have made it but he has hit from that distance but he has hit from that distance...at least not 7 yards short.

Like I said he didn't hit it good and we have no idea if the wind was exactly the same on the two kicks. My opinion is he will get a tryout. We'll have to wait and see.

I agree. You don't have to consistently nail 60-yarders to make it in the NFL.
