RE: Open Thread - 2021 Football - Week 3
Narduzzi should have been fired years ago. He really makes it hard to root for Pitt, but our admin's lack of commitment makes it even harder. Why should I commit my money and time for a program that's not putting any effort to having a Top 25 football program. I'm not asking for Top 10... All I ask for is 20-25 on a yearly basis with an occasional Top 15 to Top 10 run.

Just add those losses to weeks 1 & 2...

At least Cuse won? Yeah, that’s pretty pathetic.

Don't forget Boston College. They beat a team that lost 61-14 to Rutgers!

Can the ACC finally learn NOT to hire coaches from Memphis St?

It is lucky for UVA that UNC is soft. Imagine what this game would look like otherwise. 03-nutkick

Virginia is one of only three ACC teams still unbeaten. The other two are Boston College and Wake Forest. Any wonder why the league doesn't get much respect?

We get all the respect that we have earned.

All those 4 & 5 * recruits & they don’t have a QB?! Even one that can handle a snap under center?

Pitt has never gone undefeated in its non conference since it joined a conference back in 1990. I knew if they beat Tennessee then they would lose to WMU. So happy I bet on their failure for once

Just imagine how different the narrative would be if Collins didn't crap the bed in week one.

Great replay...his voice was cracking like a 13 year old. 03-lmfao

I know it. It made me laugh. That was an amazing call.

They took down the Twitter call so I had to find another source. Now has YouTube video with it.

Here’s the UCF call of the same play. The 30 seconds of dead air after the play is funny 03-lmfao

Thank God UNC won this week. At least they won't fall out of the ratings.

Hey now, they did beat Austin Peay last year in their lone OOC game. 04-jawdrop

This was supposed to the year to make 10 wins....in Year 7 of Narduzzi....6th year QB, tough ACC name teams games at home, etc, etc..

Theres alot of turnover next year, OOC is much tougher, ACC road games, etc.

Pitt hasn't finished the season ranked since 2009, when Wanny was HC.

Someone else posted this but here are some of the teams that have finished in the Top 25 since Narduzzi has been at Pitt:

Western Mich
WVU
USF
NC St
Memphis
WSU
Kentucky
Cuse
Fresno St
Army
Navy
Air Force
Utah St
Minnesota
App St
Coastal Carolina
Louisiana
Ball St
San Jose St

03-lmfao Said every fan of average to bad ACC teams from 2020.

Our season hopes will depend on next Friday vs Liberty...I think we win but I'm a homer.
