I was thinking the same thing about Flynn. Calling any foreign country especially China or Russia is grounds for dismissal. If this is true we have Flakes for our top military brass. Civilian authorities or military brass at the direction of civilian authorities would be making calls to make sure cooler heads prevailed during the Cold War, not some military general unilaterally on his own calling the Soviet Union giving them promises on possible first strike orders. He would be hanged for such things.

Just because some people in D.C. had TDS doesn’t make them look any better for something Trump didn’t order or do or suggest.

Side note: None of the defendants in Jan 6 have been charged with treason or insurrection by the Biden DOJ. Vast majority of them have been charged with trespassing
