Houston/TCU to Pac 12 what if

Houston/TCU to Pac 12 what if
Several articles today point to that as having almost happened.

If that happens then does the Big 12 stick at 10 with the same expansion candidates minus Houston?

Or do they go ahead and add Memphis/SMU/Boise/USF?

What are the trickle down effects?

Who is to say that TCU and Houston won't join the PAC in 2025?
Kansas may be shopping too.

Nothing but lies. The article I saw said the invite was basketball/football only.

Thats not possible.
