Looking at the available tickets, as of now, the attendance at this game will be very underwhelming. Lots and lots of tickets available.

Not shaming, merely explaining where they would be hidden.

Someone else implied "other places" and I'm far too much of a gentleman to go there...

I took a cowbell from a miss state fan for ringing it in my ear when I was a youngun and chunked it on to the sideline of the field at the liberty bowl. I was surly in my youth. Feel a little bad about it now. A little.

You can bring them in, but they cant have the little thing that hangs down and rings the bell.

Otherwise how you gonna conceal a cowbell in the stands? You ring it and you will get a visit from security.

Then we take all the ones confiscated and melt them down into big cow turd.

What the hell is wrong with you?

I went to the 2013 Liberty Bowl game, in which State beat Rice, and the cowbells were everywhere.

Auburn, your fandom of choice, and its league, the SEC, bans cowbells.

You have to have a clear transparent purse at the LB. Right??

My guess is they hide a bell in their underwear.

SEC rules: Cash penalities plus Cowbells can be used before a game, at halftime, during timeouts and after scores. Using the cowbell during the game action -- which Mississippi State fans have done for years as a school symbol -- would constitute a penalty.

On the UofM's game day page for Saturday...

Artificial Noisemakers

"Artificial noisemakers, including cowbells, are not permitted at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium. Fans attempting to enter the gates with cowbells will be asked to return the cowbells to their car or dispose of them prior to entering the stadium. Cowbells found inside the Liberty Bowl will be confiscated and unable to be returned to their owner."
