Still looking for information about our place kicker situation. No offense to Joe Doyle cause I like the guy, but what happened to Freshman David Kemp, (ranked the sixth-best kicker in the country by 247Sports and the No. 5 kicker in the 2021 class according to Chris Sailer Kicking) and Freshman Noah Grant from Briarcrest? According to the GoTigersGo webpage, 5* Freshman Caleb Hawkins is being redshirted, but that same page shows Joe Doyle is a redshirt Junior. Wait...what? Anyone have any more on this?

Doyle transferred from UTK where he won awards, as a PUNTER.
I thought he transferred because he wanted to kick, but I hear that's not exactly the case. He just beat out the other guys. Not sure if 1-2 of them got hurt or what.
