That's just it, need to pump out more grads that make higher income.
I started at $95k before bonuses in the Hampton Roads area first job out of ODU Engineering. Three years later I've doubled that and am now at an M7 MBA. Law school won't do much IMO, way too many underpaid lawyers out there. Med school yeah.. but if we merge with EVMS, there will likely be a lot of butt hurt stuff going on for a generation while the old guard is still there and their Alumni cling to their pearls. I think VCU still has a culture gap with their med school and the rest of the University 50+ years after the merger.

We have just as much as FAU, CCU, USA or Charlotte. We also have a majority of our freshman class living on campus annually. I’d also point out we have a good physical therapy department, education dept and oceanography used to be good too. Our grad programs are all fairly respected.

Good Lord this is a mess
