We have a community college ran through our University that we don't get to include. The WV Legislators for some reason thought it was a good idea to separate them on paper. It didn't used to be separate. From what I remember it dropped our enrollment numbers by 5-6k when they were basically pulled from us (but they still operate and take classes through us.) So we have a decent amount of students taking classes at Marshall through the community college that we don't get credit for.

Having said that, our enrollment is definitely stagnant. It hasn't dropped or gained by more than a couple of hundred for years now. What you see is what you get in that regard.

An interesting idea. Does this mean a student can work towards their Bachelor's and Associate's at the same time? If they get the Associate's, does it have it listed from the community college or Marshall?

Good read on several sportswriters opinions on who the CUSA could least afford to lose, who they are most likely to lose and what they do.

Good find. I did not realize FAU brought such a robust number of plusses.

I think that's very much up for debate. On the hierarchy I think the AAC is probably picking on in no particular order

Academics
Facilities/Budget
Football Strength
Basketball Strength
Market

They'd probably fit the AAC metrics in for sure market, good enough in football strength and football facilities but absolutely dreadful in basketball facilities and basketball quality and for whatever this is worth they'd be the lowest rated school on the USNWR rankings by a pretty wide margin.

Sounds good for ODU except football strength for right now, BUT everyone keeps forgetting,,,,NAVY

Most of Liberty's enrollment are online students ...Don't know exact % ?.....Buffalo Bills say there moving if they don't get new stadium fast .....SUNY-Buffalo gets big points if Bills move......ODU has a new stadium......FAU has kinda new stadium and recruiting......UTSA has recruiting..............Georgia State is a dark horse............... If i'm AAC and only 3 now:...UAB...FAU...UTSA.

Ask Navy whether they prefer Rice or UTSA and pick that one, writing the "reason" for the pick afterwards.

New Mexico State has essentially the same community college connection/arrangement. They are not rare, but yeah, it makes your enrollment look like its a lot less than it essentially is for all practical purposes.

The problem with FAU and UTSA is a lack of basketball support, and this is coming from an ECU fan.

Yep, I find it hard to believe the AAC is going to add someone with worse basketball history and support than us, and we had just built a 15 million dollar practice facility and have an 8k seat arena that while terrible by AAC standards looks like a palace compared to FAU's and UTSA's.
