I voted Cincy, though I think UCF is right there with them. I assume you were talking FB.

Yes, I was referring to football. I expect UCF, Cincinnati, and Houston to probably finish 1,2, and 3 in the AAC. I think both BYU and Cincinnati have shots at undefeated seasons. Wouldn’t it be great for the future Big 12 for one of them to become the first Playoff Buster?

Beating B10 Indiana at Indiana and Notre Dame at Notre Dame is both difficult and improbable. Especially when the games are on following weekends.

Considering Toledo is giving ND all they can handle, I think UC will not be out of their league in South Bend

Honestly I think you're going to win both games. However, I'm not sure either win will be worth much by the end of the year. Could easily see ND finishing at 7-5 or 8-4 and Indiana probably missing a bowl game.

Can't do much about that. Just have to win, no matter who the opponent is. I will say, outside of Georgia and Alabama, no one has looked unstoppable.

Absolutely. Such is life in the G5. It takes an insane amount of luck to end up with a good OOC schedule. I remember UCF beat Stanford a few years ago, which would normally be a great win, but it ended up being their worst season in like 10+ seasons.

Yep. Everything has to go perfect. I recall your 2016 season when you beat Oklahoma to start the season. That team looked unstoppable but really faltered down the stretch.

We were doomed after the Navy loss. Herman was taking calls the next week. Its a rigged game!

If BYU goes 5-0 against the PAC 12, I’m declaring them de facto PAC 12 South Champs—they play everyone but UCLA and Colorado.

There is a bye week in between but otherwise I agree.
I’m sure both games will be officiated by the home teams’ crews which presents additional challenges. ND leads the sentient universe in mystery visitor holding and illegal man down field calls.

As a Miami Hurricane season ticket holder for 35 years, I can attest to the fact that any close call in South Bend will end up in ND's favor, especially if it impacts the final score. That said I am a proud UC alum and hope it doesn't come down to that at ND this year.

It wasn't until we were in the Big East with them that I realized the phrase "Luck of the Irish" really meant officiating. Play Notre Dame in hoops in South Bend and they'll get about 20 additional free throws than the opposition. When the game returns back to your place it is not a wide margin (if there is one at all). Hmm..
My guess is we'll have a bunch of guys named Pat, Shawn and Terry officiating when we played.

As an ND fan, I believe Cincy will run all over our awful defense. I expect a 10-14 point loss for the Irish.
