Ya. 2011 was our first year playing in the CAA. And which social media did he check? Facebook, Twitter, Instagram? Some schools focus on one. Our basketball twitter accounts were banned this year. Went from 15k to 0 a few months ago. And did they check the official athletics twitter or the football one? Our ODU Athletics one has 14k followers but ODU Football has 56k.
But whatever. Just more fodder and fun stuff to talk about.

RE: OT - AAC Expansion Article
The 2011 Nate Silver market share study was flawed then and certainly not applicable now.
"There are a few other kinks to work out. The CommonCensus poll did not include Western Kentucky, a relatively new F.B.S. program, as one of its choices. (I assigned it half of its home market of Bowling Green, Ky., as well as small portions of Louisville and Lexington.) "
Louisville at the bottom and Rutgers 2nd?
Houston last behind Tulane and Rice?
WKU and UL-L behind FIU and ULM?
Not sure how much sense it makes to include that data set as part of the equation. According to Nate Silver, Troy has more fans that Louisville.

Since the names of potential candidates are leaking out, and this article does not reflect those programs... it is a trash article. Obviously, the AAC isn't prioritizing the same qualities as this writer.
Leak? I haven’t read any ‘leaks’. Certainly read plenty of turds tossed against the wall hoping one sticks. Message Board banter and writers hypothetical guesses isn’t a leak. If there any leaks please share
Personally, I believe it comes down to the which direction the AAC prefers moving forward. Will it be West Or East coast. Only then can anyone take a legitimate stab at it
