Florida State is much improved after getting a full off-season with a new coaching staff. If they can recruit, they may really be back within 2 seasons. Notre Dame, to me, looked better than they were last year. They obviously aren't going to beat Bama but they may end up being a better him by week 3.

Cinn is a beast.

The question is being #7 for a season better than being #2 for a week? Asking for a friend.

Not if the Wisconsin that put 10 up on Penn State in a loss shows up.

I feel like this is the year if cincy or UCF go undefeated, they get in the playoffs because of the P5 stamp and give the committee cover.

I don't think it happens. Would need one of them going undefeated. ND to have 1 loss to Cincinnati, Boise to have a great year, and another AAC team to crack the top 25 and even then, not sure either undefeated cracks the top 4 unless there is a bunch of 1 loss carnage at the top.
