If you aren't planning to tailgate, I'd recommend planning to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to kickoff, as traffic on Red Wolf Blvd can be bad on a football Saturday, and you face at minimum a 10-15 minute walk from your parking spot to your seat.
I work in Memphis, so I've had to drive from Memphis to Jonesboro when we've had a Thursday Night home game, and it takes me roughly an hour and a 45 minutes from my office in East Memphis to the stadium. But that's on a Thursday when crowds are naturally smaller, and I have parking passes etc to get around part of the line.
