Hope they all stay healthy and safe…
Also okay with many of them sitting out next week, you know, just to be on the safe side

They have enough cases they will call the game to save face.

I honestly don't know CUSA's stance on COVID cancellations (because our leadership is inept), but the SEC, among other conferences, games are forfeited if a team can not field a team. No cancellations or reschedules - just forfeits.

Maybe we get fortunate. They are already very thin at WR. We'll take my breaks where we find them.

Yep

IF they got as thin as we did against Rice with 40-50 scholarship players, they’d likely cancel against what would be us at Full Strength. For them, I hope they can get those First String guys back ASAP. Wouldn’t wish what we had to overcome last season, on anybody.

3 or 4 guys is not a significant portion of the team.

We know that, but the Covid excuse has been given now.

What do p5 school fans say?

We could beat y’all by a lot, with our 3rd and 4th string players.

If i recall correct CUSA stance is no make up games for COVID related issues. So not exactly forfeit but not being made up either

Depends on who it is, and also if more get stuck in quarantine. Their WR room is already thin due to injuries. I think they're down to one starter there.

JT Daniels could miss UAB game with upper-body injury

JT Daniels could miss UAB game

The Athletic Wrote:Georgia quarterback JT Daniels could be held out of Saturday’s game with unranked UAB as he deals with an upper-body injury.

Redshirt freshman Carson Beck would likely step in as the starter for No. 2 Georgia, which is coming off a 10-3 season-opening win over Clemson in which the offense failed to score a touchdown. But Daniels is 5-0 since becoming Georgia’s starter late last season, and he was dealing with massive attrition at the receiver and tight end positions in the Clemson game.

...not to be overly pessimistic, but sometimes the worst thing to have happen is to be the opposition for the first start for the 'second string' quarterback...

Let me get this straight. They're starting a redshirt freshman against our D?

I looked online and saw the game had been pulled as far as Las Vegas odds by some books.

That guy lit it up in their spring game. I hope our D doesnt think this will be a a lot easier now, cause it wont be.

If Todd Monken is calling your offense, still reason to be pessimistic.
