RE: Rice in Tulsa?
The best I can do for track and field/cross country is that the November, 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championships will take place in Stillwater. Indoor Track and Field won't return to Arkansas until 2026.

RE: Rice in Tulsa?
I think the women's tennis team still has some flexibility to schedule, but I don't think they'll look to Tulsa. The Golden Hurricane isn't as good of a program, and there's a lot of other tennis teams about the same quality as Tulsa that we'd have to pass on the way north. I think the closest event to you of any Rice teams this year is that both tennis teams have SMU on the schedule. The men play an indoor dual format against SMU November 5-7. Both the men and women play a regular match at SMU next spring on April 16. I'd guess the next best chance to watch for would be if baseball schedules @ OSU.
