RE: Navigate Data
It's interesting because many comment on viewers of BYU games.
UCF, UH, Memphis, and Cincinnati have greater.

It's data without context. Let's share one example-
UH getting a Sunday of Labor Day weekend game at Oklahoma unopposed and drawing a huge number is very different than BYU taking on a Big Ten school on a typical crowded Saturday. Even if UH-OU massively underperforms and BYU vs P5 massively overperforms the windows they appear in are setting the stage for a result that won't be close. Also how much of that was OU or UH? So on- so forth. BYU is out in front for a reason and it's TV value.
More context is needed. The AAC teams here have solid value but I don't think they outperform the blue cougars.

If BYU is the draw, why is there such a monster difference between their numbers vs P5 opponents and G5 opponents? It cant possibly be hundreds of thousands of BYU fans only interested in the good matchups. Its likely that BYU more than any AAC team is benefiting from the p5 opponents in their tv numbers. All of UCF's biggest games are against conference foes.

Look at what network the games are played on and when. Many of BYU's are either crowded on Saturday or very late kickoffs. Many of the AAC's huge numbers that skew this analysis upward are on unique low-competition times like Labor Day weekend, Black Friday, and Championship Week and typically on ABC. Drawing a 3-6M number will absolutely skew these results when there really aren't many games vs P5's anyway compared to 4-6 per year for BYU and typically on more competitive time slots.

RE: Navigate Data
Interesting data, but I’m not sure what can be accurately concluded using 8 years of tv data, 1 year of “investment in athletics” and 5 years of “revenue sport success.” Be consistent people! /rant
