TX Anti Abortion Law Is In Place - Toobin the zoom masturbator is upsetz
This is the guy that was fired (and then rehired) after he masturbated on a zoom call. What you may not know about him is that he also had an affair at the office and got a young staffer pregnant. He then demanded she get an abortion, and when she didnt, he refused to pay child support until a court stepped in and made him.

He's a little mad that he can get young staffers in Texas pregnant, because he wont be able to have them get an abortion to cover it up.

These people don't live in reality. WHY would CNN hire him back? Are there no other Far Left zealot attorneys out there to hire instead. Sick bastards. Due broke his meat off in his hand during a business meeting and they brought him back like nothing happened.

I've been out of pocket for the past few days. So the 52 minutes are obviously up. Anybody know what happened?

UPDATE: I just had to read the next few posts to get an answer. 03-wink

A very interesting way to get what you want without setting yourself up to be sued

If Texas can practically ban abortion this way, what is to stop California from using the same logic to practically ban guns?

Texas didn't ban abortion. They made a law indicating how far along during pregnancy when one can be performed. California has already banned guns just about everywhere except in the North. The only people with guns in California are the gangsters. A women will know if she is pregnant within 6 weeks, so get it within that timeframe. Six months is killing a viable pregnancy and therefore considered murder if someone else kills the baby, so what's the difference?

"practically ban" is not the same as a "ban".

Texas said abortions are still legal until you hear the heartbeat (6 weeks?)

California: you can only buy guns until ... ?

If they can detect a heartbeat no abortion, that's not an abortion ban. Dems want to be able to kill babies at any point, even after they are born.

He slipped on a banana peel and his crank ended up in his hand in front of the camera.

It could happen to anyone.

yes but viability is the current method to determine legality of a ban, and 6 weeks is certainly not a time when a baby can be viable.

Texas has made the penalty for violation of 6 weeks a civil penalty where private citizens can sue anyone involved or participating in the abortion outside of the woman herself.

What if CA allowed anyone involved in a gun transaction to be sued if the gun is used in a crime from the manufacturer to the guy selling the gun ot the owner 3 or 4 purchases ago?

Guns are legal to buy and sell but would anyone take that risk?

There is literally no shame @ that place. The fact they re-hired some insignificant bloviator who was caught on Natl TV whipping his rat should embarass the h**** out of the rest that works there. Half the liberal talking about are nothing more than pandering to their base, you think this elitist pile of excrement really cares about abortion laws in Texas?

That's not true. The average time a women becomes aware of their pregnancy is 5.5 weeks.

The Freak out Beings After Texas Abortion Law Goes Into Effect

Quote:A lot of good things are happening in Texas lately, and while the focus has been on the passage of an election integrity bill, the biggest victory for decency and good has come via a new abortion law. The law in question essentially bans abortion after six weeks and provides mechanisms for violations to be reported.

That has the ACLU losing its mind, and you just hate to see it.

The ACLU went on to claim the law is a “racial” catastrophe, which is code for “we are really mad more black babies won’t be killed.” It’s astonishing how so many abortion supporters have somehow convinced themselves they aren’t the bad guy in this equation.

(related Simone Biles Dives Head-First Into the Abortion Debate)

Take CBS News’ former “reproductive rights” reporter. In an absolutely shocking twist, she turned out to be a rabid pro-abortion activist.

Pay special attention to the assertion that the “damage is done” even if the law eventually gets blocked. What she’s talking about are the babies that will now get a chance at life for some period of time until a court possibly strikes down the law. To Smith, that’s irreparable damage because the children can’t be executed after birth. The sheer evil of such a comment is hard to critique in this setting as there are limits to how animated I can get in my wording.

Notably, Smith blocked me after I responded to her comments because these snowflakes can stump for killing children but they can’t handle any pushback of their ghoulish behavior. Guilty conscience, perhaps? For her sake, I hope so she still has the ability to feel at that level.

Then there was Rep. Cori Bush, queen of bad takes, who let it be known that this abortion ban (and yes, I’m perfectly fine calling it that) will disproportionately affect “queer” folks.

Now, I’m no biology expert, but I’m pretty sure “queer” folks are not disproportionately affected by this ban because I’m pretty sure they aren’t affected at all. You see, when someone is gay, they lose the ability to reproduce outside of artificial insemination, and no one has an abortion after artificial insemination. So what is Bush even talking about here?

I’ll tell you what she’s talking about. She’s a woke automaton, just spewing words without any meaning or thought. She’s also disapproving of the fact that fewer “black” and “brown” babies will be killed due to this law, which is odd considering her entire schtick is to scream “black lives matter” at every issue.

Frankly, as someone who is unabashedly pro-life and completely confident in my assessment, I love seeing these people squirm. They need to be made to face the realities of what they support, and laws like the one in Texas make them take a position they might otherwise obfuscate from. Want to kill babies because of some selfish, distorted idea of racial and economic justice? Then they should be made to own every bit of that position. Do not give these ghouls an inch.
